Refunds and Replacements: We understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them promptly. Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the problem originates from our end. If you encounter an issue, please contact our support within 24 hours, and we will thoroughly investigate the matter. Any requests made outside this timeframe may not be accommodated.

Boosts TOS: We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for boosts if the server experiences any issues. Additionally, new boosts will not be provided if the full runtime is not reached.

Tools TOS: In the event that a tool malfunctions or gets patched, we will make every effort to address the problem. However, if a resolution is not possible, we do not provide warranties, returns, or refunds.

Nitro TOS: Please refrain from stacking Nitros, as we cannot guarantee warranties for accounts with two or more Nitro credits. Our links come with a 6-hour warranty for autoclaim, and proof must be provided if a claim is made after this period.

Token TOS: All tokens are carefully checked before delivery, and responsibility transfers to the customer upon receipt. We do not offer refunds or new tokens. If tokens have a cooldown due to prior use, no warranty or refund will be provided. Tokens may vary in delivery, and we do not guarantee Email:Pass delivery.

Refund TOS: Once a service or product is received, no refunds will be issued. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Feedback TOS: Buyers are encouraged to provide feedback, as it contributes to the fairness and growth of our business. Failure to give a rating may result in product confiscation. A 30-minute window is provided to vouch for us, and any warranty revocation after this period will not be entertained.

Delivery TOS: If a delivery is not immediate, we ask for your patience. Nagging or constant inquiries may result in a loss of product. Our intention is not to cause inconvenience, but adherence to our policies ensures a smoother experience for everyone.
